Dear Friends and members of the JMMRT,

            First off we want to say that your committee hopes you all had a wonderful Holiday season and wish you all and very happy and healthy New Year. With that said, let’s get down to what you all want to here.

            We have found a new home for the JMMRT. It is still in Linden, and many of you have been there before after some lectures. The Cavalier restaurant on Wood Ave.has agreed to host our group as soon as their new banquet facilities are completed. Many have gone out after lectures with us and sometimes our lecturer for something to eat or just coffee and to session . The food is good, they have drinks available, they love having us there and enjoy the magic. They want to work WITH us.

            All they are asking is that we continue to stay for coffee and such afterward which we see as no problem. As a matter of fact, we can see a few more of you sticking around being that we do not have to go anywhere else. We also thought that it would be nice if those who get together BEFORE the lectures for something to eat might consider doing it right there at the Cavalier also.

            Although the owners have not as yet come out and said that they would let us meet there at little or no cost. They have hinted that that would be the case IF the guys did in fact eat and drink a little something while there. The committee believes that it will be a win win situation for us and as a result, we should be able to LOWER entry fees after a few months once we rebuild our kitty.

            Now with all of this good news, here is a little not so good news. The new rooms will not be ready till around May or June, so we are looking for somewhere to take us on as a temporary home for the next few months. This might mean a different town, but again this will only be temporary. More on that soon.

            As far as this years dues are concerned. They will still be $15.00 and it is up to you if you would like to send them in now to:

or wait until first lecture for the year is set. We leave that up to you, whichever you feel more comfortable with.

            We on the committee look forward to seeing you all soon and to start off this new leg of the JMMRT life with much enthusiastic energy, and plan on making this group all the more stronger.
