MARC DESOUZA
Master Works of Conjuring – The Lecture
Marc DeSouza has an international reputation in the magic community, having won some of the most prestigious magic competitions in the world. These prizes include three first place wins and three Silver medals in both close-up and stage from the SAM. Additionally, Marc is a three time Gold Medal Finalist in Stage Magic at the IBM competition and won first place in close-up from them.
He is an acknowledged expert in creating and routining magic and has coached, mentored and consulted for some of today’s finest magicians. In this lecture, Marc presents magic for everyone, from close-up to parlor to cabaret and stage. There is manipulative magic, comedy magic, story focused magic, mentalism. You will see some of the highlights from each of the disks in the highly acclaimed four DVD series MasterWorks of Conjuring, released by L&L Publishing. If you have these DVD’s, you still will want to attend, as Marc has additional thoughts and new work on some of those routines. In addition, he will perform and teach effects from his previous publications, DeSouza’s DeCeptions, Shapeshifter, The Chain Gang and more. These are not just quick tricks to show your friends. The accent is on fully crafted magical presentations that were created for his own performances and now you can add them to your own performing repertoire. Don’t miss this event which will be an inspiring evening of magical entertainment and learning.
